#Gold prices have dipped again, largely due to selling pressure during U.S. trading hours.

This move offsets buying that occurred during the European session. The dip comes after the release of hawkish minutes from the Federal Reserve, which have reduced expectations for near-term rate cuts. As a result, spot gold is trading at $2,607 per ounce, while silver has managed to stay above $30 per ounce.
